10th edition of the Training of the fundamental positions quarry

The 10th edition of the Key Positions Training Program begins on April 28th, and for six weeks, they will undergo intensive preparation. During the first week, they are at the Higher School of State and Government Cadres (ESCEG) and receive tools for diagnosing and projecting solutions and innovations to address a problem or opportunity for improvement, to be implemented at the municipal level with work teams of three cadres from different fields and sectors. During their preparation, they interact with key state and government cadres, who update them on policies, regulations, and strategies, and they participate in activities carried out by the central government.
