ESCEG and the National Institute of Public Administration (INAP) of the Dominican Republic hold a virtual meeting

The Escuela Superior de Cadres del Estado y del Gobierno (ESCEG) and the Instituto Nacional de Administración Pública (INAP) of the Dominican Republic are holding a video conference with the aim of identifying cooperation opportunities.
ESCEG is represented by its Rector, Dr. C. Mercedes Delgado Fernández, and the Vice-Rectors, Dr.C. Ana Gloria Navarro Pentón, Dr.C. Bárbara Susana Sánchez Vignau, and M. Sc. Lisi Campos Chaurero.
INAP of the Dominican Republic was represented by its Director, Gregorio Montero Montero.
Representatives of both institutions identified artificial intelligence and the work skills of public servants as topics of common interest for the development of cooperation.
The Director of INAP of the Dominican Republic showed interest in the results achieved by ESCEG in the preparation of public servants who occupy senior management positions. He identified this preparation as necessary, not only for the Dominican Republic, but also for other countries in the Latin American region.
At the virtual meeting, it was agreed to sign a Memorandum of Understanding between both institutions and to work together on the design of courses, using artificial intelligence tools.
Another topic of common interest was the publication of articles in the specialized journals of both parties.
