The Conference: Labor Law. The role of employers in the entity and before the courts of justice is given at ESCEG

As part of the Legal Basis for Management Course Program, students of the VI edition of the Diploma in Public and Business Administration exchange with Gustavo Méndez González, President of the Labor and Social Security Chamber of the Supreme People's Court, on the role of employers in the entity and before the courts of justice.
Students and professor debate on labor rights recognized in the Constitution of the Republic of Cuba and in the Labor Code.
Among the topics of debate are: the labor relationship, the Collective Labor Agreement, the disciplinary regime, due process of labor and labor conflicts in court.
Through case studies, good practices of employers in the management of the labor relationship and before the courts of justice are identified.
