He advanced some projects that are already being considered, such as training to enable mayors and company directors, together with workshops to socialize good practices, from the Government to all levels of management, including the business system to the local level.
In his opinion, it is a question of ensuring that managers, based on their high skills, are in better conditions to assume their functions and the challenges imposed by the current context. There is a lot of potential to achieve this transformation towards a prosperous and sustainable socialist society.
