ESCEG recognizes the role of science for national development.

Coinciding with Cuban Science Day, the Higher School of State and Government Staff (ESCEG) recognized and congratulated all those who contribute to science as a pillar of national development. The celebration of the date brought to mind once again the leadership of Commander in Chief Fidel Castro, when at such an early date in the Cuban revolutionary process, he recognized the role of science in the development of the nation, saying that “ The future of our country must necessarily be a future of men of science..."

The school celebrates this day with superior results in the management of Science, Technology and Innovation, highlighting participation in four National Science, Technology and Innovation Programs (PNCTI), approval of the PNCTI, Management and work with tables, where the ESCEG is the entity that manages the program and participates with a project, the increase in the number of doctors, tutoring doctoral students in the postgraduate academic training programs of other institutions with 25 doctoral students, of which 14 belong to strategic sectors, the participation of professors with tasks in R&D&i projects in Strategic Sectors, the contribution of students in the scientific research carried out by the ESCEG and the increase in the visibility of the Cuban Journal of Public and Business Administration with indexing in new databases.
