Training in Management Communication at the EMCE concludes

On October 18 and 20, the Training for the Management Team of the Power Plant Maintenance Company (EMCE) was held on the topic of Communication for Management by Professor Bárbara Susana Sánchez Vignau, vice-rector of the Higher School of State and Government Staff (ESCEG).
33 managers and reserves who work in different directions and UEB of the company participated in the activity, fulfilling important responsibilities that ensure the energy stability of the country.
The contents taught were aimed at recognizing the strategic importance of communication for the organization and developing some interpersonal communication skills for managers.
The teaching activity carried out is part of the Technical Scientific Services promoted by the school and based on its catalog of products and services.
