ESCEG videoconference with Saint Petersburg State University


On October 2, a videoconference is held between the Higher School of State and Government Staff (ESCEG) and the Saint Petersburg State University to define the 2023-24 activity plan for the collaboration agreement signed recently, on September 21 , at the Cuba-Russia Rectors Meeting.
For the ESCEG, in the videoconference, the Rector, Dr. C. Mercedes Delgado Fernández, the Vice-Rectors, Dr. C. Ana Gloria Navarro Pentón and Dr. C. Bárbara Susana Sánchez Vignau were present. Present at St. Petersburg State University were Vice-Rector for International Affairs Valeriia Malomuzh and Dimitry Ptyushkin, Director of the Language Examination Center, with whom collaborative activities will begin. Among the main planned activities are:
a) Online Russian language refresher course.
b) Preparation of directors of local bodies.
c) Preparation in international relations.
d) Preparation in digitalization.
e) Preparation in business management.
It was agreed to start activities in the online mode, starting with the Russian language refresher course in the month of November. It was also agreed to collaborate on the editorial committee and with articles for the Cuban Journal of Public and Business Administration, as well as in participating in conferences.
