Training in Strategic Management is developed for directors of the company COMBIOMED

Between March 15 and 17, the training in Strategic Management was carried out for directors of the COMBIOMED company. It was taught by Professor Dr. C. Vivian Antúnez Saiz Head of the Department of Business Management. Its objectives were to recognize the importance of the strategic approach in the development of organizations and to develop skills in the application of strategic thinking in the specific conditions of Cuban organizations. It was evaluated by the participants as interesting, entertaining, novel and of strategic importance due to its practical application.
