Training for executives of the CIMAB company completes

This week the training in Process Management was developed for managers of the CIMAB company given by Professor Dr.C. Vivian Antúnez Saiz Head of the Department of Management and Business Management. It was a space for the debate of several exercises where they characterized and analyzed the entity under the principles of quality management, having process management as an essential principle, they modeled important processes of the entity by analyzing its inputs, transformation processes, and outputs. Finally, the process map of the entity was analyzed with a comprehensive and systemic approach as a final exercise.
