The event was attended by the main leaders of the PCC and the Government of the Boyeros municipality, as well as officials of the PCC and the Government of the province. A group of workers present at the event received their cards as members of the UJC and the PCC respectively. The young Osmany Hidalgo Martínez, a worker at the Higher School of State and Government Cadres, received his card as a PCC militant from the First Secretary of the PCC in the municipality.
