Executives of the MEP are trained in Communication for Management

As part of the actions to prepare and improve managers for the year 2022, a training course was developed for 3 days for the performance of the position of cadres, reserves and quarries of the Ministry of Economy and Planning (MEP) in Communication for Management. The activity is part of the work actions that are being developed by the Higher School of State and Government Staff and the MEP and that respond to the collaboration agreement between both entities. The training aimed to recognize the strategic importance of Communication in the current Cuban scenario and promote the development of fundamental skills for its exercise in the organization. This preparation will continue to be developed in the next stages in the non-face-to-face modality with the support of the Virtual Learning Environment of the ESCEG. The preparation activity was in charge of Dr.C. Barbara Susana Sánchez Vignau, vice-rector of the school and professor of the subject.
