The ESCEG participates in the "Final Workshop of the Application Project of quality management in the local Government of Caimito for the improvement of public services".

Due to the close link between the National Normalization Office and the Higher School of State and Government Cadres, it participates in the "Final Workshop of the Project Application of quality management in the local Government of Caimito for the improvement of public services ". The Rector, Dr. C. Mercedes Delgado Fernández, gives a conference on the innovation-oriented government management model. The results achieved constitute good practices to generalize in the country. The addresses of the municipal services with which the quality indicators of ISO 19081: 2019 were defined for the application of ISO 9001 of the local government in this pilot municipality were represented. New initiatives and actions for the sustainability of the Project and its extension are planned by Nancy Fernandez.
