ESCEG students exchange on Digital Transformation and Innovation at the Union of Computer Scientists of Cuba (UIC)

The students of the VIII edition of the Postgraduate Specialty in Public Administration held a fruitful meeting with managers and specialists from the Union of Computer Scientists of Cuba, as part of the Digital Transformation course. During the visit, a presentation of the association was made by its president Dr.C Aylin Febles Estrada and then an important conference on "Digital Transformation and Innovation" was held by Dr.C Tatiana Delgado Fernández, vice president of the association. UIC and professor on the school faculty. The exchange allowed us to evaluate the importance of digital transformation for the development of the country, show its challenges and main results. As part of the good practices visit program, the experience of the UIC branch in Camaguey on the Co project was shown. -Lab, which promotes digital transformation in alliance with the government and forms of territorial management. Dr. C José Miguel Valdés Portal, course coordinator professor, and Dr. C Barbara Susana Sánchez Vignau participated in the meeting for the ESCEG , professor and vice-rector of the center.
